I specialize in helping adults navigate the pressures of school, relationships, and the complexities of mental health. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, or questions about your identity, you're not alone—and you don't have to figure it all out by yourself.

I've worked with individuals from all walks of life, including students, new parents, professionals, undocumented individuals, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I have specific experience supporting those managing gender dysphoria and have conducted evaluations for hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and gender-affirming surgeries. If you're exploring your gender identity, feeling stuck, or needing guidance, I can help create a space where you feel validated and supported.

I'm also experienced in supporting students dealing with body image concerns and eating disorders, as well as those managing anxiety, panic attacks, or the relentless pace of college life. I know how hard it can be to balance academics, relationships, and personal challenges, and my goal is to help you move through these struggles with tools that actually work.

In our work together, we'll focus on practical strategies like reframing unhelpful thoughts, developing positive coping skills, and finding real solutions. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all care. I tailor everything to you—your goals, your needs, and your story. This is your space to feel heard, ask questions, and talk without judgment. Together, we'll work to build a plan that not only feels manageable but leaves you feeling more hopeful and empowered.

In my experience, one of the most important parts of care is feeling like you're truly listened to. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling seen, understood, and ready to tackle the challenges ahead. There's no shame in asking for help—everyone deserves to feel supported, and it's my job to ensure you feel safe in that process. Whatever you're facing, I'm here to help you get to a place where life feels more manageable, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.

If you're ready to take the next step, feel free to reach out. Let's work together to help you feel more in control and on track.
