Pre-Licensed Professional
Accepting clients Last Updated 29 days ago

I work with clients who experience anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, or a sense of disconnection from themselves or others. You might even be unsure of what's "wrong" and are seeking clarity. My approach is collaborative, active, and designed for healing and creating change. I have advanced training in AEDP and often integrate IFS/parts work and guided mindfulness into sessions.

For those interested, I offer Dreamwork as part of the therapeutic process.
