I am passionate about working with adolescents and young adults, and have particular experience and interest in working with trans and nonbinary individuals. Before working in private practice, I worked as a school-based therapist with both high school and college students. My counseling style is warm, direct, and collaborative, and I bring an empathetic, reflective, and non-judgmental stance to my sessions. I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and strength-based approaches in my work with clients.
