Do you get overwhelmed easily? Do you struggle to make decisions? Have others said that you're "overreacting"? Do you wonder how others handle day-to-day life without feeling overwhelmed? I hear you. I’m a highly sensitive person (HSP), too. I know how hard it can be to process all the emotions, sensory stimuli, and other information around us.

It can feel especially overwhelming when transitioning to college, a new city, new people... new everything. If you're having trouble figuring out where you fit in, I hear you. Let's work together to feel more at peace, more able to navigate college life, and less lonely.

In therapy, we'll work together to process the anxiety, loneliness, and stress you may feel. We'll work to shift how you see yourself and improve your self-worth. We'll work to decrease perfectionism, depression, and anxiety symptoms, all of which are common experiences of college students. We'll use art therapy to work on your goals and support your self-expression.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside you in your self-acceptance journey. Please reach out for the most recent information regarding availability for group and individual art therapy.
