Kelly Furr

Marriage & Family Therapist, LMFT
Last Updated 30+ days ago

My ideal client is goal-oriented and motivated to make change, but is struggling to make the desired progress independently. My clients tend to be high-functioning and hard-working, and are feeling stuck in their lives due to a life transition, relationship issue, or the slow buildup of stress that has become overwhelming. My clients value having a therapist who is professional, compassionate, and will provide both empathy and resources to help them feel better.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and own a teletherapy practice. I serve clients in North Carolina and Arizona. I specialize in working with clients whose perfectionism is causing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, or body image issues. I have experience with student-athletes and people experiencing faith transitions. I help clients gain clarity about their problems, reduce stress, and improve communication and coping skills so they can enjoy their life more.
