Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Accepting clients Last Updated 0 days ago

I enjoy working with college students from all walks of life. I specializes in depression, anxiety, college life, transition, and academic stress, grief and loss (death of a loved one, pets, health, change of environment, the end of a relationship, job loss, etc.) women’s issues, relationship building, and managing life’s stressors. Rooted in a client-centered philosophy, my approach is built on mutual respect, collaboration, and a deep appreciation for each person’s autonomy and lived experience. I tailor therapy to the individual, inviting clients to take an active, empowered role in their own healing journey. I integrate this relational focus with evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered approaches. My work is always personalized to each individual’s unique needs and goals, empowering them with practical tools and deeper self-awareness along the way. I genuinely consider it an honor to walk alongside people on their life paths.
