Hi, I'm Kelly. With over twenty years of mental health experience and a varied background, I aim to help when life gets to life-ing too hard, when depressive symptoms are too heavy, when anxiety may be overwhelming, or relationships go sideways. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, where we work together as a team to navigate your challenges and find a path forward that feels right for you.
My background includes working as an outpatient therapist with individuals diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness, substance use issues, domestic violence, and co-occurring diagnoses. I hold a Master's degree (MA) and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. My unique asset is my lived experience through so many challenges, which allows me to bring sincere empathy and teamwork to our therapeutic dynamic.
I specialize in a wide range of areas including addiction, ADHD, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anxiety, depression, grief/bereavement, life transitions, PTSD, stress, trauma, bipolar disorder, children's mental/behavioral health, psychosis/schizophrenia, spirituality, and suicidal ideation and/or self-harming. Whether you're dealing with a specific issue or just need someone to talk to, I'm here to help.
When we work together, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment where your experiences and feelings are validated. I look forward to meeting you and starting this journey together!
