Palmetto Mental Health Counseling
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone. I provide a supportive, respectful space where students can feel comfortable being themselves and talking openly about what they’re going through.
I work with students facing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and adjustment challenges, as well as those seeking greater self-understanding and purpose. Therapy is a collaborative process focused on building insight, practical coping skills, and confidence to navigate college life and beyond.
My approach blends humanistic and cognitive-behavioral strategies, and I strive to meet each student where they are while supporting their personal and therapeutic goals. If you’re ready to start your journey toward growth and healing, I’m here to help.
