Whether you’re struggling with anxiety that leaves you feeling stuck, dealing with the complexities of ADHD, or working through challenges in your relationships, therapy can provide clarity and direction. I specialize in helping adults who are facing anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, and trauma, as well as those navigating relationship challenges such as conflict, communication breakdowns, intimacy concerns, and life transitions like separation or divorce.

My work is focused on understanding what’s most important to you and tailoring a plan that fits your needs. For example, I use CBT to help clients understand and change patterns of thinking and behavior that contribute to anxiety or ADHD. When it comes to OCD, I incorporate exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP), a highly effective approach to confronting intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors in a safe and supportive way. I also draw from solution-focused strategies, mindfulness, and DBT to help you manage overwhelming emotions, build resilience, and stay grounded through life’s uncertainties.

In therapy, you can expect a space where you’ll feel heard, respected, and supported as you navigate challenges at your own pace. My goal is to help you feel comfortable enough to explore what’s been weighing on you and confident enough to work toward meaningful change. Together, we’ll focus on practical tools and insights that you can apply to your daily life, whether that’s finding new ways to manage stress, improving your relationships, or building self-acceptance and confidence.

I’m particularly passionate about supporting students and young adults during times of transition. Whether you’re navigating the pressures of school, figuring out your career path, or balancing the complexities of relationships, I’m here to help you process your experiences and gain the skills to move forward.

No matter what brings you to therapy, my role is to listen, understand, and work collaboratively with you to identify the steps that will help you thrive. It’s not about fixing you—it’s about empowering you to uncover the strengths and solutions already within you.
