My goal in counseling is to help you find freedom from areas in life where you feel stuck. I desire to meet you exactly where you are, help you understand and identify your strengths, and learn how the things you have been through have impacted you. I utilize trauma informed approaches such as EMDR and internal family systems to help my clients heal from past wounds. I enjoy working with individuals who have had past trauma, anxiety, depression, or are struggling with life transitions.
