Kelley Wood
I am Social Worker (LICSW) who earned my Master’s in Social Work at the University of New Hampshire. I work with children, adolescents, young adults and families who are impacted by anxiety, depression, family conflict, school issues, grief and trauma. I have worked in both residential and outpatient settings.
My approach is empathetic, validating and collaborative. I pull from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), as well as mindfulness and play therapy. I believe each person’s therapy goal is unique and should be a collaborative effort between clinician and client .
Building a therapeutic relationship and working collaboratively with a dedicated clinician can be both empowering and healing. I invite you to contact me if you feel we could be a good fit or if you have any questions.
