Keisha Barnes
Anxiety, family issues and challenging experiences make it difficult to function. You may be finding it hard to deal with your emotions or to have connected, secure relationships. You may even be so overwhelmed that you're not as committed to your goals as you'd like to be. Sometimes it can be really hard to talk about what's bothering you because you feel judgement or shame. Without support, day-to-day life can feel endlessly tiring.
I'm a warm, caring therapist ready to sit with you through your pain and with your joy. Some of my identities include being Black, Lesbian and of kinship care origin. My virtual couch invites all races, ethnicities, religions, sizes, sexual orientations and genders. I'm ready for you.
