Keep Counsel
Provider Types
This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Clinical Social Work/Therapists
My passion is supporting individuals on their healing journey from depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. I strive to create a safe, honest, and open environment where people can explore their treatment needs without judgment. I believe every person has the ability to become adaptable, resilient, and confident in facing life’s challenges and becoming the best version of themselves. As I continue building my private practice, I am currently accepting clients through Keep Counsel.
Grounded in holistic, realistic, and client-centered care, my work integrates approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), among others. My areas of passion include supporting individuals struggling with suicidal ideation, trauma, anxiety, depression, PMDD and more.
My motto: “Interview your potential therapist.” Finding the right therapeutic fit is key to growth and healing. Outside of my work as a therapist, I love spending time with my son, and traveling to new places.I also have a growing collection of snow globes from around the world—a small reminder of the beauty and stories found in every place and person
