KC Cohen
You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
I help college students navigate anxiety, relationship struggles, family stress, and the pressure to have it all together. Many of my clients are doing their best on the outside—but inside, they’re overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who they really are.
In our work together, you’ll learn how to tune into your emotions, communicate more clearly, and build stronger relationships—with others and with yourself. Whether you’re dealing with a recent breakup, trouble with your parents, friendship shifts, or just trying to feel more like you, therapy can give you space to make sense of it all.
My style is warm, collaborative, and real. also bring a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, so you can feel safe exploring the deeper roots of what’s coming up for you. You won’t be judged—and you won’t be alone.
