Hi, and welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with eight years of experience, and my goal is to help you through whatever challenges you're facing. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or feeling overwhelmed by life changes, I’m here to support you in finding a path forward. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with women’s reproductive mental health, suicidal ideation, addiction, eating disorders, and those navigating the challenges of parenting and perinatal mental health.

Having experienced postpartum depression firsthand, I know how isolating and scary it can be. That’s why I’ve dedicated a large part of my practice to helping birthing parents experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs). I also understand how hard it can be to navigate issues like fertility, pregnancy loss, and the emotional ups and downs that come with these experiences.

My background includes working with military veterans dealing with trauma and addiction, and I also provide support for people who feel stuck, anxious, or lost in their daily lives. I know from experience how difficult it can be to reach out for help, but therapy is a place where you can feel heard and supported, and we’ll work together to create a plan that works for you.

In our sessions, we’ll focus on your unique needs and goals. I use evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices to help you build resilience and cope with the challenges you're facing. Whether it’s working through trauma, improving relationships, or managing anxiety, my aim is to help you feel empowered and more in control of your life.

Taking that first step can be hard, but you don’t have to go through this alone. If you're ready to start the journey toward feeling better, I’m here, and I look forward to supporting you every step of the way.
