When anxiety, overwhelm, or self-doubt take over, it can feel exhausting and difficult to know where to begin. You may look like you’re holding everything together on the outside while internally your thoughts feel loud, constant, and hard to manage. Therapy can help you slow down, understand what’s happening, and build tools that truly support you.

I work with kids, teens, and young adults struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, stress, and self-doubt. I also support families who want to better understand the emotions and behaviors showing up at home and learn how to respond in helpful, supportive ways.

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe, understood, and never judged. My goal is to create a comfortable space where clients can be themselves, explore challenges openly, and practice new strategies with support.

I especially enjoy helping clients understand anxiety and how it affects both the mind and body. Anxiety can appear as overthinking, avoidance, irritability, or anger. Together, we’ll identify patterns, make sense of emotions, and develop practical coping skills for everyday life.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical, helping clients and families feel more confident, supported, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
