At the heart of the human experience lies the fundamental need to be heard and understood. Our past experiences shape various aspects of who we are, influencing how we communicate, how we perceive the world, and what we need from others. In my practice, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can process difficult thoughts and emotions, allowing you to express your authentic self and navigate your journey toward healing and growth.

My style is warm, supportive, collaborative, and direct. I provide non-judgmental guidance and strive to meet you where you are at. Together we will work to develop a more positive sense of self, find increased insight into behaviors, and identify patterns that no longer serve you.

If you are experiencing a major life transition, or are simply finding that daily life stressors have become unmanageable, I encourage you to reach out today to begin our work together. I recognize that taking the first step toward change can be incredibly difficult, but you are worth it.
