Are you seeking a space to heal and grow so that you can move past obstacles and improve your life? Are you facing a recent change or need support as you manage anxiety or depression? I work with clients that feel stuck or unsure, but want to change this and are motivated to pursue this change.
My approach is person-centered, focusing on your strengths and collaborating with you to empower yourself, heal, and grow towards your goals. I seek to provide a safe and welcoming space for clients to share their life's hardships, accomplishments, and hopes with me. My experience includes working with people aged 5 years and older.
Seeking counseling is a tough first step, but you are here; you did it! Please feel free to contact me to discuss your journey, your goals, and how I may support you. And again, congratulations on taking a great first step towards healing and growth!
