I have years of experience working with those individuals who are attending school, graduating, or even staff members that struggle with mental health stress. I have years of experience as a Collegiate basketball coach and also former athlete myself at Berry College in Rome, GA. I have a different quirky style of therapy, but at the end of the day, my number one goal is to provide you the ability to talk and explore areas that are strengths but also while looking at growth opportunities.
