Kaycee Tormoen
I work with teens and adults navigating life’s challenges, including anxiety, transitions, relationship struggles, self-esteem, and more. My approach is grounded in authenticity, empathy, and collaboration. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel understood, empowered, and supported as you explore what matters most to you. I welcome all identities and backgrounds and am committed to creating a space where you feel seen and respected.
I often incorporate Griz, my gentle and loyal black lab, into sessions to offer a calm and comforting presence. His warmth and intuition help many clients feel more at ease, especially during difficult conversations or emotional moments. Whether he’s resting quietly nearby or offering a tail wag at just the right time, Griz adds a unique layer of connection and support to the therapeutic process.
