The stresses of college life leave you feeling burnt out, inauthentic, anxious, or depressed. You are ready for a change. You are ready to integrate healing and balance into your life.

I am Kay Guyer, and I’m a queer and genderqueer liberation-focused art therapist based in the bay area, currently serving all of California remotely. I work with queer and trans young adults who want to increase their sense of rootedness and agency in order to live vibrantly. I know finding a therapist that matches who you are is hard, and I’m so glad you have arrived here.

I commit to providing an affirming space for your full self to show up so we can partner in the important work of healing. I offer two modalities of Art Therapy and Psychotherapy. Deciding what approach we take will be a collaborative process based on your needs and interests.

I know that engaging in therapy is a courageous step. My approach is warm, grounded, and relational. In our work together, I will take time to thoroughly understand your experiences, hopes, and dreams. Together, we will develop a plan that builds on your strengths and meet regularly to reach your goals.
