Katryn Haley-Little
The desire for connection with others is hardwired into our brains. We want to be loved, to love, and to feel seen and heard by those we're connected to. Sometimes that doesn't happen and we're hurt, or we're scared to talk about how we feel because we fear being judged. Understanding who we are and how to best build healthy relationships is hard. It's even harder when roadblocks like infertility, unexpected pregnancies, or other issues related to family relationships are present.
I provide therapy for people of all genders who are processing challenges related to identity, managing change, relationships, infertility, pregnancy, and parenting. My compassionate and direct approach provides a space for you to feel safe and supported.
