You are not alone if you feel overwhelmed by your emotions at times. Reaching out for help is really tough, but also really brave. Are you struggling to overcome past trauma? Are you coping with life transitions like starting college, going through a separation/divorce, or becoming a parent? If you’re ready to talk about what’s going on in your life, I am here to listen, support, and empower you on your journey towards healing and overcoming your emotional hardships. Using Cognitive Behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and breathing exercises, I’ll help you discover coping skills that work for you.

I have specialized training in TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), a narrative style treatment proven effective for treating trauma. Additionally, I can help you cope with mental health concerns such as depression and/or anxiety, life transitions, gender dysphoria, parenting issues, women’s issues, relationship issues, or substance use.

Reach out today for a free consultation call so we can discuss how I can support you on your path to healing, personal growth, emotional resilience, and a more fulfilling life. Let's start the journey together to rediscover your inner strength.
