Hello, I'm Katina. From a very young age, I discovered the benefits of mindfulness-based meditation practices. These practices have helped me overcome anxiety, depression, abuse, paralysis, and recovery. After graduating college, I discovered the wonderful world of social work. This path helped fuel my passion for helping others recover from their challenges. I discovered that there was not a one-size-fits-all when working with my clients. With over 25 years of intentional learning about the mind, body, and spirit connections, I am able to help clients tap into their own natural healing with greater ease and discover inner peace and self-love.

I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical. My approach to therapy is holistic, focusing on the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. I believe in the power of individualized care and strive to create a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients.

I specialize in a wide range of areas including addiction, ADHD, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anger management, anxiety, autism spectrum support, children's mental/behavioral health, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, intimate/romantic relationships, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, medical issues/physical health, military/veteran support, multicultural/diversity issues, narcissistic personality disorder, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), PTSD, sex/intimacy issues, sleep disorders, spirituality, stress, and trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions.
