Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Last Updated 30+ days ago

As a Licensed Masters of Social Work, I have extensive experience providing therapy to individuals in various hospital and mental health settings. Valuing emotional safety, compassion, and empathy, I work collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals. Recognizing the importance of the therapeutic relationship, I work alongside clients to identify, understand and work through personal challenges. This can include, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, PTSD, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and adjustment. Believing evidence informs practice, I understand that it is the individual who is the expert of their experience..

Having extensive experience in clinical settings, including pre/post partum, I recognize the impact not only on the individual but their loved ones. I am both certified and proficient in various evidenced-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

You do not need to work through personal challenges alone. Psychotherapy can help in understanding the personal experience, promoting wellness and achieving goals. I believe it is privilege to be a part of someone else’s journey. My goal to create a supportive, judgment-free space, to allow us to work collaboratively and promote healing.
