Katie Sullivan

Katie Pre-Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in New Hampshire and Vermont. Having completed her internship in an inpatient facility serving clients with significant diagnoses, Katie approaches therapeutic work with an empathic, humanistic, relationship-building orientation. Katie’s experience includes building coping skills with neurodiverse (ADHD, ASD) individuals, centering the validity of the neurodiverse experience. She assists people finding pathways to improved executive function and task completion. She also works with people dealing with grief, anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder and psychotic disorders.

Katie takes creative approaches to therapeutic intervention, integrating nature, walking, music and spontaneity into sessions. In the words of one former client, “Katie shows up just as you need her to”.
