You’ve been carrying a lot. Maybe it’s grief that lingers, anxiety that loops on repeat, or the sense that you’ve lost touch with yourself or your relationships. You might feel stuck—like something needs to shift, but you're not sure where to begin. Deep down, you want more ease, more connection, and to feel like yourself again. You're craving space to slow down, feel heard, and figure things out without judgment. You want support that’s grounded and real, not just surface-level advice. And even if it feels a little scary, you're ready to start untangling what’s been weighing you down.

I offer a space where you can be fully yourself—no masks, no pressure. My approach is collaborative and rooted in curiosity, care, and respect. I work often with LGBTQ+ folks, people in non-monogamous or kink-involved relationships, and those navigating OCD. Together, we’ll explore what healing looks like for you.

Therapy isn’t about having it all figured out—it’s about not having to do it alone. I’ll meet you where you are, walk alongside you, and help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels honest and empowering. If something here speaks to you, trust that. Reach out when you’re ready. I’d be honored to take that first step with you.
