You are the author of your own story, and it is both an honor and a privilege to walk alongside you in this chapter of your journey. While life can present many challenges, I firmly believe in each person’s inner strength and capacity for growth and change.

Becoming a therapist has been a long-standing passion of mine, and I remain deeply committed to ongoing learning and professional development. My aim is to provide a safe, compassionate, and empathetic environment where you can reflect, explore, and heal at your own pace.

My clinical work is grounded in a cognitive-behavioral framework and incorporates a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment theory, person-centered therapy, trauma-informed care, and emotion-focused interventions. These methods are tailored to support your unique path toward healing and meaningful change.
