I have memories of wanting to be a therapist since I was 7 years old. Helping others is not just my job; it is my nature.

Life can be stressful at times, leaving you feeling overwhelmed. I strive to provide a welcoming and empathetic environment to share your feelings and your story.

I teach coping skills, ways to understand your emotions, and help you find real solutions to daily problems. These tools can help to restore a sense of calm in your life and guide you in finding your way back to yourself.

I have been in practice for 27 years and specialize in self esteem, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, stress, family conflict, and life transitions.

We all need a little support and guidance at times. I offer both in-person and video sessions, weekday and some weekend hours. I am happy to provide a free 15 minute phone consultation so we can talk about how I may help you. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
