Are you feeling overwhelmed with the changes happening in your life or maybe you feel stuck and not able to effectively communicate with family and friends? Maybe the situations in your life are leaving you feeling sad, hopeless, stressed, or powerless.
I offer a flexible approach to therapy through Telehealth for you to explore the changes you are wanting to make. I take an empathetic and nurturing approach by using strength based and person centered methods of communication with clients. By using evidence based practices we will focus on your empowerment and understanding of self.
My role to you as your therapist is to show up in a collaborative and authentic way. I’m here to support you with working on matters of the heart and know that it is hard to show up and be at our most vulnerable self, so you will be heard and your voice does matter!
