If you found this page, you may be feeling helpless, hopeless, and unsure of where to turn. You may be doubtful that you will ever be able to stop what feels like the endless cycle of your eating disorder. You may be feeling isolated and alone in your depression or overwhelmed by your anxiety. Perhaps you are feeling the stresses of life are becoming too much and you don’t know how to cope. I want to help you on your journey towards healing. My goal is to help you live the life that you desire. This is the life that you deserve. Through my non-judgmental, compassionate, and empathetic approach, I will be your guide on this journey.
I specialize in treating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and coping with life stressors. I also have experience working with individuals struggling with bipolar disorder, trauma, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and other behaviors that interfere with them having the life that they desire. I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment that allows my clients to explore their feelings, address underlying issues, and learn new ways of coping. I have extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I utilize a blend of evidence-based approaches with my clients and tailor therapy to the individual. These methods include, but are not limited to DBT, CBT, psychodynamic, compassion focused, mindfulness based, and trauma informed techniques.
I am currently offering telehealth services for adults and adolescents. Online therapy allows for you to work on healing from the comfort of your own environment. I also provide virtual meal support/coaching sessions. Schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we are a good fit.
