I have experience counseling college women who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, mood problems, attachment issues, relational stress, trauma, and adjusting to college life. My training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems theory provides me the tools for helping you develop healthier relationships, and better ways of managing negative thought patterns and distressing emotions.
