I am passionate about walking alongside people in healing journeys towards transformation and wholeness. I specialize in walking with people through healing from trauma, (both recent and childhood) and also enjoy assisting clients in finding healthy tools for living with and reducing experiences of anxiety, adhd, ocd and life stressors so that you can live your best life to the fullest!
