Kathryn Strong
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over nine years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I approach each person I work with as a unique individual. We will work together to identify your treatment goals, and collaboratively create a plan to achieve them. I believe therapy is a place to explore, grow and develop the skills necessary to navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I strive to create an environment and relationships that allow for self expression and growth.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, interactive & eclectic. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, behavioral challenges, parenting concerns, stress management & difficulties related to role transitions. I have advanced training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and am in the process of being certified.
Finding a therapist that is the “right fit” is a very important step. Please feel free to call or email me to set up a free phone consultation to discuss your needs and ask me any questions you may have.
