I believe using a holistic approach is pivotal to the therapeutic process. Past experiences may be at the root of current behaviors and patterns. Let’s navigate the past together to better understand and empower your present self.

To benefit from the therapeutic process I believe consistency, curiosity, and compassion are key. Consistently showing up for yourself by tending to your head and heart is imperative to the growth. Being curious about how you operate as a human sets the stage for autonomy in life. Compassion for your past and present self can lead to long-term improvements.
