I am an independently licensed clinical therapist who works with adolescents, adults and families. My style is warm, compassionate, and highly relational, with the understanding that felt safety within the therapeutic relationship is vital for self-exploration and healing. I integrate a variety of evidence-based therapeutic styles tailored to each individual and maintain a client-centered approach. As a trauma certified clinician, I have expertise in working with individuals who have been impacted by trauma and adversity. I also work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, difficult life transitions, women’s issues, LGBTQIA+ individuals, general life stressors, and other mental health needs. Within my practice, I provide individual and family therapy, as well as parent consultation.
