Kathryn (Kat) Boyle is a compassionate and experienced mental health counselor who specializes in working with college students, graduate students, and adults with neurodiversity challenges, mood disorders, OCD, and life transitions. Kat has extensive experience in both academic and clinical settings working with a diverse range of individuals and mental health presentations. Kat tailors therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual and utilizes a number of evidence-based practices.

Kat began her clinical career in the public school system and in-home settings, where she utilized Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to support students with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Her work expanded to outpatient psychotherapy for a diverse client base of all ages who could benefit from interventional services such as Spravato Therapy and Neurostimulation. She also worked closely with those experiencing obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder, co-morbid chronic illness, and anxiety. She employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and evidence-based practices to help them navigate their challenges. In addition to working directly with her clients, she collaborates closely with families, offering collaborative services to empower them to support their loved ones.

Kat holds a degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences with an emphasis on neuroscience from Trinity College Dublin and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, focusing on Health and Behavioral Medicine from William James College.

Kat is dedicated to the field of mental health and is working towards independent licensure under the supervision of Jenna Karl, LICSW and Jacqueline Brandon, LMHC.
