Who I Work With: I work with adults, adolescents (aged 10 and up), families, couples, and non-traditional partnerships.

Areas of Focus: My expertise lies in addressing various areas, including relationship concerns, codependency, attachment issues, exploration of family dynamics, support for adult children of alcoholics (ACA), identity development, assistance during life transitions, and career-related matters.

Therapy Perspective: Therapy is a space where you can truly be seen and heard, fostering a sense of belonging and a deeper connection with yourself. It equips individuals with tools to redefine their experiences, reinterpret their systems and relationships, and embark on a journey toward a life that genuinely aligns with their authentic selves. Even in an individual setting, effective therapy is an act of community care.

Tailored Approach: I believe that "good therapy" varies for each client. My approach tends to resonate more profoundly with individuals who view life through an existential lens, emphasizing the exploration and cultivation of personal meaning and purpose.
