Psychologist, PhD
Accepting clients Last Updated 14 days ago

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Massachusetts, New York, Texas, Louisiana, Florida, and Vermont with a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Northwestern University. I completed my internship and postdoctoral fellowships at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School, and I have experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns such as mood and anxiety disorders, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, and sleep problems. I work with adults of all ages adjusting to different life transitions from navigating mental health as a college student to improving executive functioning in school settings and daily life.

I specialize in teaching clients coping skills from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

I invite you to take the next step and give me a call. We can have a short, complimentary conversation about what you're looking for to help us determine if we may be a good fit to work together.
