Kathleen Curley
I provide a supportive, trauma-informed space where preteens, teens, young adults, and adults can feel safe exploring their emotions, relationships, and life experiences without judgment. Together, we’ll work to better understand patterns of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm while building practical tools to feel more confident, grounded, and empowered.
In my role as a school adjustment counselor, I have experience supporting students and families navigating academic pressure, social challenges, emotional regulation, school avoidance, grief, anxiety, depression and life transitions. Primarily using evidence-based approaches including CBT, trauma informed care and somatic-based interventions.
My goal is to help you recognize inner strengths, build resilience, and create a greater sense of safety, balance, and hope for the future. Therapy can be a place to feel heard, understood, and supported while learning new ways to navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
