Clients who see results commit to 5-10 minutes of using the skills we use in sessions in their everyday lives. This way they reset their baseline levels of tension and increase energy, cakm, and focus.
I also have Calm and Centered Success groups that begin in September and January for applying skills in a more community setting with support and encouragement from others to make lastng life changes.
