Discovering Balance

Psychologist, PsyD
Accepting clients Last Updated 18 days ago

Welcome and thank you for inquiring about therapy with me. The bulk of my experience is in treating children, adolescents and young adults with a diverse set of concerns, including anxiety, depression, adjustment, identity development, etc. Because I believe the connection held between therapist and client is the most important indicator of success, even if your concern isn't listed here, please reach out to see if we might be a good match.

I work from an eclectic framework, beginning first with developing a strong therapeutic reliance. From there, I borrow from modalities such as ACT, Humanistic and CBT to tailor a treatment just right for you.

The best way to learn if we'll be a good match is to reach out to me directly. I'm happy to answer any questions you have on our free initial consultation. Additionally, I can help you navigate how to find out if your insurance company will reimburse for my out-of-network services.
