I work with individuals facing a range of challenges, but often with a focus on anxiety, life transitions, navigating challenging family relationships, and developing healthy boundaries. We work together to uncover patterns and behaviors that leave you feeling stuck and we find the moments when unkind thoughts and beliefs have taken the place of self-compassion. I collaborate with clients to develop strategies to manage overwhelming emotions and deepen understanding of the self. I work within a range of modalities depending on what best suits you (all through a trauma-informed approach) and have years of experience in the mental health field helping individuals grow and thrive. Above all, my goal is to help you feel safe in the therapy setting so we can find what’s working, what isn’t, and what’s in your control to change. With humor, warmth, and compassion, we move at the pace that works for you.
