Hi! I’m Katharine. I’m a LCPC now offering video sessions for clients just like you. I help people-pleasers remove fear and dread from their choices so they can FINALLY become CONFIDENT and pursue their real dreams. I help them see that the barriers are passable, and most are self-created. The good news is, if the problems are self-created, you can finally start doing something about it. Your future is in your own hands and that’s empowering.

I’ll encourage you to think about a top down approach to getting re-organized and Centered, figuring out what works and what is no longer working for you. We all have to retool our efforts, pivot and re-pivot over time if we hope to be continually successful. What worked for you when you when you were 20 is probably not working any more
