I specialize in working with young adults, and adults. The patients I see often come to me with issues such as anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self harm trauma and coping with life.
I utilize a mixed array of techniques for adolescents and adult clients. Some techniques I use are Motivational Interviewing, Strength Based Therapy, and Person Centered.
I believe it is important to find a good match when finding a therapist. I work to create an environment where the individual feels comfortable, as therapy can be vulnerable at times. As a therapist I believe we are a team.
