I specialize in working with empathetic, deeply feeling, & creative individuals who struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, and feeling overwhelmed by their emotions. Anxiety can leave you feeling overstimulated, unsure of yourself, and alone. You may find it difficult to trust yourself, set boundaries, or find balance in relationships. These challenges can hold you back from living the life you truly want. I help individuals navigating anxiety, panic attacks, perfectionism, depression, low self-worth, relationship challenges, and trauma, including CPTSD. Together, we’ll help you create the life you want.

Therapy should be a place where you don't have to mold yourself to meet others' expectations. You deserve to be seen, heard, and respected for who you are. My approach is grounded in kindness, respect, & empathy. In our sessions, we'll process experiences from the past, explore repeating patterns, & work toward a more aligned and fulfilling life.

If you’re ready to explore new ways of thinking, relating, and showing up for yourself, I would love to help. I am currently accepting new clients for virtual appointments in Illinois and Colorado. Please book a free 15-minute consultation call with me on my website to connect.
