Are you a college student struggling with anxiety, sadness or stress? Looking for the “right” therapist and a good therapeutic match can feel daunting at times and I appreciate you taking time to read my profile during your search.
My background includes working with people of all ages dealing with anxiety, depression and stress. I have a strong background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational interviewing, Mindfulness and Play Therapy. I have spent the past 16 years working with people going through various different issues such as school and family stressors.
Clients like my approach because I try to be flexible, interactive and use humor to guide treatment. My goal is to help people set realistic goals while working collaboratively to reach them. If this sounds like what you are looking for, I would love to have a conversation to see if we would be a good fit. I wish you all the best on your journey
