While I work with folks on a range of issues, I specialize in the treatment of disordered eating, eating disorders, body image disturbance, and disengagement from diet culture. I am a non-diet mental health clinician and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor practicing from within the Health at Every Size paradigm.
Having lived experience of an eating disorder myself, I believe that full recovery is possible.
I work with clients to establish trust in their bodies, and discover a relationship with food that is joyful and free.

Sliding Scale Offered: A sliding scale fee "slides" to try to meet the needs of clients who are unable to pay the full fee. Details can be discussed upon consultation.
