Kate Kelsey
Hi! I'm glad you're here. Being a student is not just about learning whatever you're studying; it's also a dynamic time in your life. A time during which you may be learning about yourself and others through new experiences. You may be navigating familiar and unfamiliar challenges, some of which can impact your sense of well-being and your mental health.
In my experience, we all need support at times in our lives to overcome obstacles, explore our choices, and to strengthen our relationship with ourselves and others. I am passionate about working with students struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship and family concerns, sexual assault, identity and self-esteem, career and academic struggle, grief and loss, and life transitions. Additionally, I have 5+ years working with students and professionals in the STEM field. Thank you for taking steps to address your mental health by looking into therapy. You deserve to live a life full of vitality.
