Welcome! I work with children, teens, and adults. My primary focus is working with individuals that experience women's issues surrounding perinatal care, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), postpartum depression, and systemic issues women face with intersecting identities. I also work with individuals that may experience anxiety, depression, or grief - while finding methods to effectively cope with these symptoms over time. Together, we can uncover the strengths within you, fostering growth and resilience.
I am here to provide a warm, supportive, and empathetic space for your healing journey. I hold a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Reno. My background includes meaningful work in Equine Therapy and behavioral health.
In my free time, I'll be hiking with my dog, camping, and enjoying the outdoors in every way I can with my family and friends. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have and I look forward to connecting with you.
