Welcome! I provide support to children, teens, and adults, with a special focus on individuals navigating women’s issues, including perinatal care, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), postpartum depression/anxiety/rage, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and systemic challenges faced by those with intersecting identities. I also work with those experiencing anxiety, depression, or grief, helping to develop meaningful coping strategies tailored to each unique journey. Together, we’ll uncover your inner strengths, cultivate resilience, and create space for growth and healing.
I am here to provide a warm, supportive, and empathetic space for your healing journey. I hold a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Reno. My background includes meaningful work in Equine Therapy and behavioral health.
In my free time, I'll be hiking with my dog, camping, and enjoying the outdoors in every way I can with my family and friends. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have and I look forward to connecting with you.
